Sales and Returns


Horizon Hobby Custom Shop products (“Custom Products”) are only available for sale to customers in the United States. By placing an order or making a purchase through this Custom Shop, you agree to these terms along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Sales tax is assessed following state and local tax laws, which may include sales tax on purchased items, customization labor charges, and shipping charges.

Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation and a shipment notification email. The order confirmation and shipment notification emails are not an acceptance of your order or an offer by Horizon Hobby. In its sole discretion, Horizon Hobby may cancel any order before final delivery. If Horizon Hobby cancels your order after billing you and you don’t receive your order, Horizon Hobby will refund you the billed amount.


Shipping options with costs and durations are provided at checkout. Custom Products can only be shipped to the locations available at checkout.

Custom Products are built especially for you. The products sold on the Custom Shop are not eligible for returns.


Products sold on the Custom Shop may have limited warranties, included in the instruction manual. Those limited warranties only cover defects that existed prior to your opening or use of the product. We offer repair services for damaged products. You can start the warranty or repair process through our Horizon Hobby Service Center.
